MICROMEDIA’S ALERT ASSISTS AIR LIQUIDE’S SCADA SYSTEM FABVIEW
WIN-911
WIN-911’s partner product ALERT is a key element in the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system “FabView” from Air Liquide. Air Liquide is the second largest supplier of industrial gasses in the world. This SCADA alarm notification system is specifically designed to monitor, among other things, the distribution of gas in a semiconductor manufacturing plant located in Dresden Germany. Like most operations of its type, this facility can’t afford much downtime in its distribution facility. If ALERT detects a leak in a pipeline, the system evaluates how severe the leak is and transfers the data back to the central site or home office. Once the information is back in the main office, the SCADA alert system then transcribes the data into understandable messages to which employees can respond appropriately.

MONACO USES ALARM SOFTWARE TO PROTECT BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN WATERS
WIN-911
Monaco’s sanitation department uses alarm software to monitor its water treatment facilities. With connections to the waste water networks, the main lifting stations, three storm overflows, a storm tank, as well as waste water pre-treatment and final treatment operations, the department can rest assured that they know exactly what is – and what is not – being put back into the ocean on a regular basis.

For out of this World Protection, NASA Relies on WIN-911
WIN-911
The Spacecraft Propulsion Research Facility at Plum Brook Station in Sandusky, Ohio is the world's largest space simulation chamber measuring 100 feet in diameter and rocketing more than six stories tall. The facility conducts tests within the vacuum chamber after the necessary electrical power, fuel, oxidizer, and purge gas connections are made. To recreate the conditions of outer space while still on earth, the test facilities rely on vacuum pumps and cryogenic systems which can simulate deep space temperatures down to -423°F. Protecting the scientists and engineers is critical to moving space missions forward safely.

NESTLÉ USES WIN-911 PRO MOBILE ALERTS FOR REFRIGERATION ALARMS RESULTING IN LESS
WIN-911
Nestlé needed to minimize downtime at their ice cream freezing facilities. Prior to the installation of WIN-911, offsite technicians took up to an hour to respond to alarms which could serve as a health hazard.

TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT DEPLOYS WIN-911 SOFTWARE WITH TRIDIUM’S NIAGARA PLATFORM
WIN-911
The installation of WIN-911’s alarm notification software at the Tobyhanna Army Depot was done as part of an overall energy efficiency project. In the early 2000s, the base worked to decentralize their coal-fired steam heating plant. This project included the construction of 10 boiler rooms housing 21 new boilers, as well as 37 air rotation units installed in various buildings. The entire infrastructure had to be integrated into HMI/SCADA systems and the existing control systems had to be upgraded. Ameresco, a leading independent energy efficiency company, was selected to head the project. Ameresco, in turn, specified WIN-911’s alarm notification system as the software platform used to instantly alert staff of any problems.
