The scope of this challenge included the analysis of operational emissions, employee engagement, and reporting. The company needed to collect data for its operational emissions, including the operations of its three offices located in Kyiv, Munich, and Zurich.

The Solution
To address this challenge, Stryber partnered with Plan A and utilized their carbon accounting software. This software enabled the venture building company to collect data for its operational emissions, including the operations of its three offices. The analysis provided each emissions scope intensity, per category. Based on this carbon investigation, Plan A provided a comprehensive action plan to implement carbon reduction measures across the entire organization. The reduction plan strongly focused on scope 3 emissions and business travel. To achieve net-zero emissions by 2030, sustainability experts defined science-based targets and a roadmap for decarbonization.
