Their services include credit reporting, fraud alerts, and identity theft recovery. The company has been in the credit reporting services business for over a decade. ACI's staff depended on intensive paper-heavy work processes that did not allow the company to offer any type of remote work flexibility. This led to an increased trend of employee turnover as the workforce matured.
The Solution
To address the challenge, ACI implemented a secure document management solution that was capable of digitizing paper documents, securely archiving them, and offering fast retrieval, collaboration, editing, and other actions from anywhere and at any time. This allowed ACI to transition from a paper-heavy work process to a digital one, enabling employees to work remotely.
