With approximately 150 employees, including a 40-person software engineering team, Teamworks interacts with a significant amount of corporate data and intellectual property. The company's mobile app helps athletes worldwide stay on track with their practice and game schedules, making it a crucial tool in the sports industry.
The Solution
Teamworks evaluated various solutions and chose Arctic Wolf's Managed Detection and Response and Managed Risk solutions. The Managed Detection and Response solution, built on a cloud-native platform, is managed by a Concierge Security Team (CST) that monitors networks, endpoints, and the cloud 24x7. When threats are detected, the team initiates a managed investigation and guided response to contain threats. The Managed Risk solution helps organizations discover, benchmark, and harden their security posture by identifying vulnerable software, assets, and accounts. Arctic Wolf provided a plan for prioritized improvements based on a digital risk assessment. The implementation was seamless, with the Arctic Wolf endpoint agent being easy to install. Teamworks deployed approximately 130 agents on laptops within its global workforce, ensuring robust security during the COVID-19 pandemic.
