The Challenge
Andiamo Partners, a data-driven recruiting firm, was facing challenges with their proprietary system used for tracking and managing candidates. The system, while functional and customizable, required internal development for any changes, which was both time-consuming and costly. As the company grew, the system failed to scale with it, leading to issues such as lag time, slow performance, and difficulties around business intelligence. Whenever a report was needed, their developer had to create it, often rendering the report irrelevant by the time it was completed. The team realized the need for a more efficient system that could connect with their various plugins and integrations without the need for hiring developers.
About The Customer
Andiamo Partners is a data-driven recruiting firm that specializes in technology placements. The company is headquartered in New York and has offices in Ontario, Texas, New Jersey, and Arizona. Since 2003, Andiamo has been placing engineers at large technology and finance companies. The firm was using a proprietary system to track and manage candidates, but as the company grew, the system failed to scale with it, leading to various operational issues. The firm sought a solution that could efficiently manage their growing needs without the need for hiring developers.
The Solution
Andiamo Partners turned to Bullhorn, a trusted source in recruiting software. They purchased Bullhorn ATS & CRM, Bullhorn Canvas, Bullhorn Onboarding, and Bullhorn Back Office in 2019. This suite of tools powered their start-to-finish recruiting lifecycle and provided access to Bullhorn’s robust open ecosystem. During the transition, Andiamo leveraged Bullhorn marketplace partner Newbury SI Group for data migration and implementation. The process was seamless and helped Andiamo customize Bullhorn based on their business needs. Bullhorn’s open API technology and Marketplace ecosystem allowed Andiamo to achieve much of what they needed. Andiamo also purchased Canvas for ad hoc reporting within Bullhorn ATS & CRM, enabling them to run reports in real-time and improve management practices.
