Listening to your customers is important, as the large European IT systems integrator Bechtle knows well. When customers increasingly requested Bitdefender solutions, Bechtle conducted a technical and business evaluation and decided to form a new value-added reseller partnership.
About The Customer
One of the largest IT value-added resellers and systems integrators in Europe, Bechtle provides 40,000 hardware and software solutions, as well as implementation, project management, consulting, managed services, training, business processes, and engineering. Bechtle serves 70,000 customers from approximately 80 sales and systems integration sites in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as via e-commerce companies in 14 European countries.
The Solution
Bechtle resells a broad range of Bitdefender GravityZone enterprise solutions, including GravityZone Ultra, GravityZone Elite, GravityZone Patch Management, GravityZone Security for Virtualized Environments, GravityZone Full-Disk Encryption, and others. GravityZone Ultra, for example, provides integrated threat prevention, detection, response, and risk analytics across virtual and physical endpoints, and cloud environments. The Bitdefender solution also incorporates threat intelligence, machine learning, and behavior analytics applied to network traffic to detect advanced attacks early and enable effective threat response. Since partnering with Bitdefender, Bechtle has installed GravityZone at numerous customer sites spanning virtual and physical endpoints across Europe. In addition to deployment services, Bechtle provides customers with tier-one technical support and engages Bitdefender technical resources as needed.
