The Solution
CBORD partnered with CD2 Learning and leveraged their eCommerce technology to create the CBORD Learning Center. This platform allows for self-registration of eLearning classes, in-person classes, virtual classes, and hybrid learning events. It provides the flexibility to offer content exclusive to employees, customers, or both, all within the same site and course catalog. The platform also offers a variety of payment options, including a purchase order workflow for monetized registrations. To further enhance the learning experience, CBORD incorporated gamification and rewards into the platform. Learners are awarded badges upon reaching various milestones and are encouraged to share their achievements. Accumulation of these badges puts learners in the running for the 'Top Learner Award'. Additionally, CBORD utilizes hybrid learning strategies to maximize the impact of their instructor-led trainings. Learners are assigned prework material to review before the event and knowledge-check assessments after the event, leading to a certificate of completion for that training topic.
