Cleverboxes needed a robust solution to manage a high volume of drop ship purchase orders across a large supply chain. They also wanted to standardize their fulfilment process with all of their suppliers. Some of Cleverboxes suppliers connected via CSV file transfer for order details and fulfilment information. Other suppliers operated through the manual process of PDF orders sent via email. The company needed to get rid of the reliance on emails and spreadsheets for faster, more accurate fulfillment. They also wanted a standardized process across their entire supply chain to maintain brand standards.

Cleverboxes partners with famous brands such as Catherine Lansfield, Sheridan, Allibert, Joseph Joseph, Silentnight, TomTom, and Fitbit. Headquartered in Burnley, Lancashire, England, Cleverboxes was founded in 2002 and has since grown to become a significant player in the online retail space, leveraging partnerships with well-known brands to offer a diverse product range.
The Solution
Cleverboxes now operates with BluJay’s Commerce, an automated, cloud-based order fulfilment solution for retailers who dispatch products directly from their suppliers to their end-customers. With Commerce, Cleverboxes receives full visibility and control of all transactions, reducing fulfilment costs and ensuring they can deliver on customer promises. Up-to-date information is available to the customer at all times. Standard labels and documentation can be printed by the supplier ensuring a professional, standard look and feel, which protects the brand. BluJay’s order management workflow closely mapped to Cleverboxes operational process with many of their existing partners. The company also valued the user training BluJay provided its suppliers to ensure they used the solution to Cleverboxes’ specifications. The implementation of Commerce moved very quickly allowing for a fast return on investment for Cleverboxes.

Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system.
