The Challenge
In line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) sought to digitally transform its Municipal Sector. This sector encompasses the Ministry, 17 main Municipalities under MOMRA, and all their Sub Municipalities across the kingdom. The primary challenge was to establish an automated digital environment across the Municipal Sector. The goal was to create a unified platform for correspondence management and document archiving, ensuring high levels of security and confidentiality. The platform needed to track correspondences, reduce paper waste, provide system access anywhere and anytime via smartphones and tablets, and modernize the authentication process with digital signatures.
About The Customer
The customer in this case is the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) in Saudi Arabia. MOMRA oversees the Municipal Sector, which includes the Ministry itself, 17 main Municipalities under MOMRA, and all their Sub Municipalities across the kingdom. As part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, MOMRA aimed to digitally transform its operations to improve productivity and efficiency. The Ministry sought to establish a unified platform for correspondence management and document archiving, ensuring high levels of security and confidentiality, and providing system access anywhere and anytime.
The Solution

Turning A Stadium Into A Smart Building

The Netherlands are well-known for their inland waterways, canals, sluices and of course port activities. The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure indicates that there are thousands of buoys and fixed items in and near water environments that would profit from IoT monitoring.
