The Challenge
The agency's IT visibility requirements had evolved due to emerging remote service delivery challenges. The currently installed solution was not delivering network visibility as promised, nor visualizing user experience across agency operations. The agency relies on a field-proven information technology (IT) environment to support its leadership and deployed personnel who serve in a variety of mission environments. With emerging remote service delivery challenges resonating at even the highest level of DoD operations, the agency's IT visibility requirements had evolved.
The Solution
The agency conducted a thorough evaluation of approaches before selecting the NETSCOUT solution to improve service delivery to meet DoD-level requirements.
