Mrs. T’s Pierogies is a small food producer with 54 years of experience in making 11 varieties of its famed specialty, creamy whipped potatoes folded into a pasta shell. The company is an operation of Ateeco, Inc., and produces 11.4 million pierogies each week. These are sold through wholesalers, distributors, brokers, and grocery stores across the United States and beyond. The company's customers range from small markets to the largest supermarket chains in the country. The company's iSeries system runs business applications from financials to human resources. The information technology staff is headed by Information Systems Manager, Tim Coyle, and is just four years old.
