With his new company, Pearson plans to create around 200 bids annually.
The Solution
Pearson decided to continue using B2W Estimate for his new company, Tenex Contractors. The software was set up for Tenex within a week, a quick start-up enabled by Pearson's previous experience with the software. B2W Estimate offers prepopulated cost databases and templates, an error check wizard to eliminate mistakes, and built-in capabilities for quickly analyzing, comparing, and incorporating bids from subcontractors and vendors. Pearson also uses the software to duplicate bids, allowing the company to test alternate scenarios and explore different options to get to a price necessary to win. The software can be accessed remotely, allowing Pearson to work from anywhere.
