Initially sold in Austria, Red Bull Energy Drink is now available in more than 166 countries, with over 40 million cans sold. The company has a worldwide presence, including locations throughout the Central and South America region. This region comprises a diverse group of countries, each with different local requirements for office processes. Despite these differences, the company aims to standardize its operations to meet the brand's goals.
The Solution
Red Bull partnered with Yapaweb, a website design services firm, to build a process management system that could handle its asset acquisition functions uniformly across Central and South America. Instead of building a system from scratch, Yapaweb recommended using Integrify, a cloud-based workflow management solution. Integrify's request management system simplified the process request submission, allowing for quick task completion and insight into the status of the request activity. It provided a unified request portal for a common and intuitive experience for end users. The solution was customized to meet the individual requirements of each office location. The system was designed for business users, requiring limited support by IT personnel. It could be defined and deployed rapidly for one process, then extended to other processes across an enterprise. Red Bull has 20 users of the Integrify system located across six different regional groups, from Mexico down to Argentina.
