The Solution
To address these challenges, Durmaz implemented Fishbowl, a comprehensive inventory management solution. The company also signed up for the Ocean Support program to provide assistance to the staff when needed. Before implementing Fishbowl, Durmaz received on-site training from a Fishbowl Inventory Software Specialist to ensure the staff would get the most from the improved processes. The Fishbowl solution organized the products based on location for the fastest route on the warehouse floor, enabling Durmaz to significantly reduce overtime hours paid to warehouse staff and the number of staff required to pick and pack the current order volumes. Moreover, Fishbowl’s order management process helped staff to complete orders correctly by ensuring they follow best practice procedures for the entire warehouse workflow.

Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies.
