The company was born with DNA technology, betting on process organization and control to ensure relationship transparency and efficiency. Since its inception in 2010, ITS System has aimed to achieve operation quality, control, and transparency, which is reflected in its investment in advanced technological solutions like the SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite).
The Solution
Considering module integration as one of the highlight characteristics of SoftExpert Excellence Suite, ITS System has invested in the tool to deal initially with process management. ITS System believes that seeking process management excellence is fundamental to provide services with flexibility. The company's entire operational structure was designed and documented in SE Suite, totaling more than 4,500 activities and 200 processes/sub-processes registered. The product allows centralized storage of processes, as well as the entire complementary documentation. For easy process understanding, objective graphic tools, such as the input/output diagram and the turtle diagram, are used. The easiness of creating the flowchart in the tool itself also called ITS System's attention, because it not only eases format standardization but also report generation, called by the company “Process Books”.
