The Solution
R-Pharm implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Microsoft BI to create a unified business management solution. The project was executed by Navicon, a system integration specialist for the pharmaceutical industry. Navicon integrated several data flows from an obsolete custom-built ERP system and other sources, creating a unified decision support system connected to all accessible databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, CRM, and ERP.
