The Challenge
LeafFilter™ was running a combination of a proprietary system built in-house, and QuickBooks for their business needs. Both solutions were onsite, which was a burden on the IT staff. QuickBooks couldn’t properly communicate with their proprietary system, and lacked the reporting functions needed to carry out the needs of the business. In an effort to enhance efficiency and foster growth, Leaf Filter decided to find a new solution.
About The Customer
LeafFilter™, the largest gutter protection company in North America, is based in Ohio with over 40 locations across North America. They provide an innovative gutter protection system that has been recognized nationally by organizations such as Remodeling Magazine, HomeAdvisor, and Inc. Magazine. LeafFilter™ is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, offering a product that prevents clogged gutters and reduces maintenance for homeowners. The company has grown significantly over the years, expanding its reach and continuously improving its services to meet the demands of a growing customer base.
The Solution
Previously, members of the team at LeafFilter had partnered with Velosio, therefore working with Velosio to find a new solution was an easy transition. Velosio helped pinpoint LeafFilter’s business needs and pain points, narrowing the possible solutions down to Dynamics NAV and NetSuite. After comparing the benefits of each solution, LeafFilter selected NetSuite, finding that it fit all of their business needs. Velosio provided additional training, with client approval, to ensure full acceptance and understanding during the transition into the new NetSuite system.
