The Challenge
The Munich University of Applied Sciences was faced with the challenge of teaching future technical writers how to create ergonomic and intuitive products. The customer in this case study is the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Founded in 2011, the university offers a Technical Documentation and Communications course run by Gertrud Grünwied. The course focuses on usability and integrates technical writers into the development process.
