The Challenge
Allodiagnostic, France’s leading real estate diagnostics company, faced a significant challenge in optimizing the movements of its 150 real estate diagnosticians across the country. With over 400,000 diagnoses required throughout France each year, the company aimed to reduce mileage and time on the road for its field experts. The goal was not only to save costs but also to improve the working conditions of the mobile teams while increasing their productivity. The company also wanted to leverage geo-optimization to facilitate online appointment booking. To sustain its high growth rate, Allodiagnostic needed a real-time, continuous, appointment scheduling optimization tool that could integrate all its business constraints while maintaining its agility and flexibility.
About The Customer
Allodiagnostic is France’s leading real estate diagnostics company, established in 2002. It operates based on a network of more than 40 agencies and 150 certified diagnostic staff. The company covers the whole of France, providing over 400,000 diagnoses each year. Allodiagnostic is also the first to have an online ordering system, making it a strategic support system for organizing the scheduling of the diagnostic personnel. The company had a turnover of 25 million euros in 2017 and has sustained a high growth rate of more than 25% in 2015.
The Solution
Allodiagnostic partnered with Nomadia to implement the Opti-Time round scheduling solution. This tool manages the appointment calendars and movements of the diagnostic personnel in real-time, considering their skills and geographical territories. The solution significantly reduced mileage by finding the best possible schedule to minimize travel time and distance covered after each real estate diagnosis order. It also enabled centralized scheduling of all field experts in each Allodiagnostic agency, allowing schedulers to arrange appointments in any geographical sector in France. The company's website, connected directly to the Nomadia solution, quotes online customers a price that reflects the distance to be traveled for the callout.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
