The Solution
Owens Corning partnered with Convoy, a digital freight network, to source outbound truckload capacity from its Santa Clara plant. Convoy leveraged its network of continuously vetted carriers to provide superior service for the outbound Santa Clara freight. Convoy serviced outbound Santa Clara freight and picked up more insulation business, delivering to Owens Corning customers, including insulation distributors. Additionally, Convoy's ability to integrate with Owens Corning's visibility solution provider of choice enabled Owens Corning and its customers to track the location of all shipments.
