The Challenge
In 2020, Qiddiya were looking for a compliance training solution that would be delivered to all employees as part of their essential training. They needed a solution that could be delivered online for all to access, with an inbuilt management information and tracking feature which would prompt employees to complete their training, measure and audit the completion rates. The management information informs the company’s compliance program objectives and supports their compliance and internal audit activities.
About The Customer
Qiddiya Investment Company was established as a separate operational entity in 2018 and is owned by the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund. Its purpose is to create a capital of Sports Entertainment & Culture for Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. The company has over 500 employees and was looking for a compliance training solution that could be delivered to all employees as part of their essential training.
The Solution
The NAVEX Engage Ethics and Code of Conduct online training, provided all employees with an easy to access solution they could choose to complete using video, voice, or text only content to meet their individual needs and learning styles. The solution is available to Qiddiya employees in both Arabic and English. Qiddiya employees said they were impressed with the quality of the modules and the variety of topics covered. They felt that during the Covid 19 pandemic, it was a great alternative to face-to-face learning as it could be tailored to individual employee job requirements and used online, anytime, anywhere.
