The Solution
The company chose to work with the Benchmark Digital team to deploy a digitized and Mobile-enabled solution for incidents. The company deployed Benchmark's Concern Reporting software application, which enables employees and contractors to quickly report concerns and near misses for effective concern investigation and corrective action assignment. The company also leveraged the Gensuite Mobile app to incorporate QR code-enabled concern reports, simplifying the entire process. The solution provided a platform for notifying responsible leadership for concern follow-up, identifying systematic trends and leading indicators, escalating concerns to other Benchmark ESG applications for further follow-up, enabling anonymous reporting of concerns & near misses, and enabling contractors to log reports without log in credentials. The solution also offered multilingual options to allow users to work in local language.
