SEETS, a nonprofit organization based in San Luis Obispo, provides free tickets for live music, dance, and theatre events to students and parents. When a cultural organization has spare tickets that they may be unable to sell, they can donate them to SEETS. However, the success of their outreach depended on having a solid way to communicate with their audience.
