The Solution
Shufersal partnered with Via Logistics to implement an app-based platform to streamline their distribution process. The technology provided by Via Logistics automated the dispatching, dynamic vehicle routing, and driver shifts, all of which were monitored in a digital control center. This gave Shufersal a comprehensive view of their entire operation, enabling them to manage their fleet of 180 vehicles more efficiently.
