The Solution
As part of the project, Simplivia took recommendations from other organizations within the industry and examined Priority's reliability and robustness. Following an extensive validation process by an external consulting company, Simplivia selected Priority ERP due to its ease of use, customizability, and rapid implementation capabilities. The implemented Priority ERP modules included the Maintenance & Service, designed to help Simplivia provide a better customer experience, extended quality assurance integrated with the Dot system to streamline quality control processes, and human resources management. As part of the project, the ERP functionality and workflows were re-defined and customized to comply with strict traceability and documentation standards required from Simplivia.
Operational Impact
  • The main improvement is evident in the streamlined management and reporting processes, which have become faster, easier, and more efficient.
  • Priority ERP was also quickly implemented in a subsidiary company, allowing Simplivia to achieve a comprehensive view of the organization's activities through multi-company, multi-user communications transparency and access to real-time data.
  • Today, Simplivia uses Priority ERP to fully manage all financial functions, optimize inventory management processes, effectively monitor inventory costs, streamline procurement processes, and manage maintenance services, production operations, and quality control.
