About The Customer
Infarmasa is one of Peru's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers. It is part of Teva, an Israeli pharmaceutical company that is an international leader in generic drugs and one of the world's top 15 pharmaceutical companies. Infarmasa has around 600 employees and an annual production of 20 million units. The company also operates in countries such as Chile, Ecuador, the USA, Panama, and Venezuela.
The Solution
To resolve this challenge, Infarmasa adopted the SoftExpert Excellence Suite tool, a platform for excellence in management, process enhancement, and regulatory compliance, with over 40 natively integrated modules, making up 12 corporate solutions. Specifically, Infarmasa implemented SoftExpert ECM, a solution for electronic management of documents, which supports the company's ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) certifications, certified by the Ministry of Health's General Directorate of Medicines.
