The Solution
Velosio implemented an end-to-end solution centered around Microsoft Dynamics GP to address Sarnova’s challenges. The implementation included several custom applications that integrated with Dynamics GP, such as a module for tracking prescription drug licensing and another for monitoring vendor rebates. Integration with Sarnova’s Web store allowed customers to view contract pricing online and place orders directly into the Dynamics GP system. Velosio also implemented Business Portal for Dynamics GP, providing Sarnova’s 50 remote sales representatives with real-time access to customer, item, and vendor information. The portal also served as a platform for posting news, company schedules, and commission information, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Additionally, Velosio standardized the generation and delivery of business reports using SQL views and queries, Crystal Reports, FRX for financial reports, and Microsoft Office SharePoint. This provided Sarnova’s management with ready access to critical business intelligence, enabling better decision-making and operational oversight.
