Yource, a leader in customer contact and business process outsourcing, was on a path of complete digital transformation. The company was looking for a development platform that could provide a secure environment and enable faster development time to build applications for its internal processes. Yource is a well-known European market leader in company contact and also builds contact support tools like voice bots, RPA, and speech analytics. They are a growing force in the customer contact business with over 12000 professionals spread across the Benelux and European regions. Yource is a technology-first company and has always displayed a willingness to use cutting-edge technologies for its business.
The Solution
Yource chose WaveMaker low-code for its flexibility in terms of code customization and the speed with which it could deliver applications. WaveMaker's platform allowed Yource to combine the code in WaveMaker with their own code, providing the desired flexibility. Over the past three years, Yource has used WaveMaker intensively for internal process digitalization, building over 17 applications on the platform. WaveMaker has provided Yource with three distinct advantages: speed, standardization, and security. The platform has accelerated the time to market for all applications built within Yource on low-code, shortened development time by around 30%, and provided a secure environment to build apps.
