Prescient is a provider of BIM software suite. It enables users to create BIM & 3D virtual models, lower project cost, integrate with Autodesk/Revit models, and more. The system offers solutions for the whole building process i.e. design, engineering integration, manufacturing, and installation. Its solutions are applicable for the construction of apartments, student housing, hotels, military, senior living, among other properties.

The Prescient® Solution: The Prescient® Solution is a patented, innovative, new design and construction platform for living environments including apartments, student and military dormitories, hotels, senior living communities, condominiums, single-family homes. It can also be applied in office and retail design and construction.

Prescient®: Prescient® employs the Unified Truss Construction System (UTCS™), a patented light gauge and cold rolled steel structural system and framing technology capable of going to 12 stories.

UTCS™: UTCS™ is cost competitive with wood structure and significantly less expensive than cast-in-place concrete and/or hot rolled steel.
