Apio Mesh is based on the IEEE 802.14.4 standard that is designed for low-rate wireless personal networks (LR-WPANs). A Mesh network is a network topolofy in which each node relays data for the network and cooperate in its distribution. A mesh network must have one coordinator device, tasked with its creation, control and basic maintenance, along with one or more dislocated nodes. Apio Mesh is composed by Apio Dongle and Apop General.
