The company has 30 full-time employees, but this number rises to 60-70 during the summer when K-12 schools and colleges trade out their old computer hardware for new equipment. The company handles a large and complex inventory, turning over the warehouse two to three times a month and dealing with 50-60,000 different SKUs in a given year.
The Solution
