The Solution
Atlantic Data Team adopted Continuum's fully integrated managed services solutions to transition from a break-fix operation to a managed services provider (MSP). The key components of this solution included Continuum's Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform and support from a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Mumbai, India. The RMM platform allowed Atlantic Data Team to monitor client systems remotely, proactively addressing issues before they became significant problems. This enabled the company to handle a larger number of clients efficiently. The NOC provided additional support by identifying and addressing IT irregularities among customer networks, often resolving issues without requiring the MSP's direct involvement. Hospital Inventory Management
The hospital supply chain team is responsible for ensuring that the right medical supplies are readily available to clinicians when and where needed, and to do so in the most efficient manner possible. However, many of the systems and processes in use at the cancer center for supply chain management were not best suited to support these goals.
