- Leasing Finance Automation
- Material Handling Automation
Blissfully, a SaaS monitoring software company, was facing a challenge in managing and responding to leads in a timely manner. The company understood the importance of quick response times, as leads are time-sensitive and often reach out to multiple competitors. The delay in response could result in losing potential clients. Additionally, Blissfully recognized the value of having detailed information about the lead to improve the chances of closing a sale. The challenge was to find a way to collect lead form submissions, build a robust profile of the lead, and notify the growth team instantly to cut down the response time.
Blissfully is a SaaS monitoring software company that offers companies a way to keep track of over 500 of the SaaS tools they use. Their goal is to help online companies work efficiently, cost-effectively, quickly, and with information at their fingertips. They understand the importance of being informed and the need for quick response times when dealing with leads. For their own organization, they use app automation tool Zapier for lead management, developer requests, and more.
Blissfully turned to app automation tool Zapier for lead management and developer requests. The process starts with Ninja Forms, a WordPress form builder, which triggers a Zap (a bridge between two or more apps) when a new form submission comes in. The Zap then creates a new contact in HubSpot, where all of the lead's information is stored. Blissfully then uses Clearbit for data research and intelligence. Zapier sends the email address from Ninja Forms to Clearbit to find information about the business. This information is used to create a matching company in HubSpot CRM. The Zap also updates the contact with Clearbit's data and creates a new deal in HubSpot CRM. To ensure quick response, Blissfully's Zap sends a message in Slack with links to the lead and some information about them.
