GREE International implemented Jobvite Hire and Jobvite Engage to streamline its recruiting process. The company customized Jobvite's configuration, tailored data fields, created candidate email templates, crafted interview evaluation forms, and set up a basic job-posting website within a week and a half. The Jobvite system enabled the Recruiting Team to efficiently manage and track job requisitions, schedule candidate interviews, and track communication with each candidate. The system also provided tools for leveraging social recruiting and managing employee job referrals.
