To demonstrate their industry innovation and stay competitive, Fiducia & GAD IT AG decided to conduct two collaborative hackathons.

With nearly 5,600 employees, Fiducia & GAD IT AG manages approximately 100 million customer accounts. The company is committed to demonstrating leadership as an industry innovator and cutting-edge IT services provider.
The Solution
Fiducia & GAD IT AG chose the IBM Bluemix platform to host an initial internal hackathon to evaluate this new concept and technology. The hackathon was a success, leading to a second event in collaboration with DZ BANK Gruppe and ADG. In this second hackathon, they incorporated IBM Watson services into new innovative systems of engagement. The event saw 75 participants collaborating with start-up style innovation and creativity on the Bluemix platform in cross-organizational integrated teams.
