The Solution
Lake Michigan Credit Union partnered with Forcepoint to implement a comprehensive security solution. They chose an easy-to-manage solution that combined Forcepoint DLP, Web Security, and Email Security products. This solution allowed them to manage all three products from a single console. The Forcepoint solution successfully thwarted phishing attempts from outside bad actors. It stopped employees who clicked on what appeared to be links to legitimate financial partners, such as title companies, from reaching the malicious site. The solution also reduced the time spent managing the security tools compared to past products. With just one login, IT staff could access all three products, and system-wide changes only had to be done once. The solution also provided the flexibility to create specific policies for certain departments, optimizing productivity and safety.
