Clara turned to Fireflies, an AI-powered tool, to address these challenges. Fireflies provided accurate call transcriptions that could be easily accessed by all team members, reducing the need for additional client calls. The team could reference important call details when needed and search for key information in the Fireflies Notebook. Fireflies also broke down collaboration silos by enabling a smooth flow of information across different teams. Meeting recaps could be shared via email, and team members could leave comments on the transcript in Fireflies Notepad. Fireflies also offered better CRM and video conferencing integrations, meeting Clara's needs better than their previous software. The Fireflies’ Notetaker Bot could join video conferencing meetings to record, transcribe, and take notes, with the transcript automatically sent to the CRM post-meeting. Fireflies’ Custom Vocabulary feature allowed the Clara team to enter legal terms for accurate transcription, and a Meeting Compliance Feature ensured proper compliance with privacy laws.
