Small businesses often struggle with the overwhelming number of apps and tools available for various aspects of their operations. These include customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales automation tools, and email marketing tools. The challenge lies in managing these tools efficiently and cost-effectively. For instance, Synduit, a content and virtual marketing company, needed a way to track client feedback and manage workflows. Similarly, Project Warrior, a UK-based fitness program, required a system to manage contacts and schedule consultations. YP3 Solutions, a product engineering consultation firm, sought the best tools to aid their clients' R&D departments and engineering needs.
The customers in this case study are small businesses from various sectors. Synduit is a content and virtual marketing company that actively seeks out feedback from their clients to improve their offerings. Project Warrior is a fitness program based in the UK, founded by Kyle Genner, which uses Keap Max Classic to manage its contacts and schedule consultations. YP3 Solutions is a product engineering consultation firm that uses best-in-class resources and tools to aid their clients' R&D departments and engineering needs. These businesses have turned to Keap Max Classic and Zapier to streamline their operations and improve efficiency.
The solution for these small businesses was to use Keap Max Classic, an all-in-one marketing and sales automation tool, in conjunction with Zapier, an app automator. Synduit uses Keap Max Classic to collect clients, tag them, and trigger workflows based on these tags. They use Typeform for feedback collection, and when a client submits a response, a Zapier-powered automated workflow runs, searching Keap Max Classic for the client and adding the feedback to their record. Project Warrior uses Keap Max Classic to manage contacts and uses a Wufoo form to schedule consultations. When a client completes the application, Zapier creates the contact in Keap Max Classic and applies a 'hot lead' tag. YP3 Solutions uses Formsite to build customizable web forms. When a response is received, Zapier sends it to Keap Max Classic, creating a contact and adding a tag, which triggers a workflow within Keap Max Classic.
