Furthermore, even when they could record the meet-up, transcribing the content and using it across multiple platforms posed a significant challenge. This left the company owner, Staci I Moore, with a substantial amount of work, and in many cases, they were unable to utilize the content at all. This was not the level of service they aimed to provide to their valuable customers.

MeetUpMoguls found a solution to their problem through Fireflies, a tool they discovered via social media. After going through the demo video, all of Staci's doubts were cleared. Fireflies provided a way for Staci to have a recording and converted text to use as a reference for her meetings, even when she was on the go. This eliminated the need to ask someone for their permission to record. The tool allowed them to capture the content of their meet-ups effectively and efficiently, making it easier to manage their commitments and tasks. It also facilitated the process of transcribing and using the content across multiple platforms, thereby enhancing the value they could provide to their customers.
