The Noginsky agricultural producer in Russia had previously implemented Wialon to monitor specialized vehicles and control fuel. The system was successful in satellite tracking, leading the client to express interest in using the system to monitor raw material in industries, specifically milk. The client needed a solution that could accurately monitor technological processes and provide real-time data.
About The Customer
The customer in this case study is a Noginsky agricultural producer based in Russia. The company is involved in the production of milk and had previously implemented a satellite tracking system for monitoring specialized vehicles and controlling fuel. The success of this system led the company to seek a similar solution for monitoring raw materials, specifically milk, in their industries. The company needed a solution that could provide real-time data and accurate monitoring of technological processes.
The Solution
LocMe.ru, a Gurtam partner company from Russia, proposed a solution that consisted of Wialon Hosting and Sensolator. Sensolator was chosen as the data collection platform, while Wialon was used to accurately monitor technological processes. This combination allowed for real-time data display on the volume of milk in cooling tanks, accurate records of milking operations, milk volumes, and unit operations operation of the units - vacuum, milk pump, and cooler.

The staff of the orchid field can monitor important data anytime via smart phone, iPad, and other handheld devices, and control the growth and flowering conditions. System requirements: In the past, most environmental control systems of orchid greenhouses in Taiwan used PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) with poorscalability and control, and could not be connected to the Internet formonitoring from the cloud. For advanced database analysis and networking capability, the PC platform must be adopted. Therefore, PAC Systems (Programmable Automation Controller) with both PLC programming capabilities andPC functions is a better choice.The environmental control of the Orchid greenhouse switches on and off devices like fan, shade net, cooling/heat pump, liquid flow control, water-cooling wall etc. It is controlled by a control panel of electric controllers, and is driven by a motor, to adjust the greenhouse temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions to the set parameters.
