The Challenge
Jason K, the founder of NoCodeMinute, identified a significant challenge faced by many users of the no-code platform, Bubble. With the COVID-19 crisis, there was a surge in the number of people turning to Bubble to start their own businesses from home or to create software to help their existing businesses run more efficiently. However, many of these new users struggled with understanding how to use the platform effectively. They often spent hours on the Bubble forum, trying to find answers to their problems, without even knowing how to articulate their issues correctly. Jason, with his background in teaching and helping others, saw an opportunity to assist these users and fulfill his goal of starting his own business.
About The Customer
The primary customers of NoCodeMinute are users of the Bubble no-code platform who are struggling with understanding how to use the platform effectively. These users are typically individuals who have turned to Bubble to start their own businesses from home or to create software to help their existing businesses run more efficiently, especially during the COVID-19 crisis. They are individuals who value their privacy and appreciate the opportunity to learn in a one-on-one tutoring session. They are also likely to be individuals who are interested in continuous learning, as evidenced by their participation in the 'members only' eLearning Hub.
The Solution
Jason developed NoCodeMinute, an app built on Bubble, to provide tutoring services and classes for Bubble users. The app works by allowing users to sign up for either a one or two-hour tutoring session. Before the appointment, users can explain what they need help with, allowing the NoCodeMinute team to prepare for the session. During the session, users can share their screen and ask questions about their personal project, with the assurance that their privacy and work will be respected. The NoCodeMinute team then works through the problems with the users, often leading to moments of celebration as they figure things out. Jason also built a 'members only' eLearning Hub on NoCodeMinute, where he shares tutorials and insights about the features that Bubble offers.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
