The company wanted to proactively manage its day-to-day business operations to maximize revenue. The challenge was to find a solution that could provide a unified view of data pulled from multiple sources, improve performance, and offer better control over productivity.
About The Customer
TEAM Computers is the single largest IT Infrastructure Solution provider in India, supporting more than 600 customers across the country. The company has expertise in various domains such as Infrastructure Management Services, System Integration - Hardware and Software Custom development, Open source solution, ERP and BI. With 14 branches and over 300 support locations, TEAM Computers is headquartered in New Delhi, India. The company has a workforce of 1,200 people and is adding 100 people per quarter. The company operates in the High Tech industry.
The Solution
TEAM Computers deployed QlikView to approximately 150 users in India. The solution was implemented in less than 4 weeks. QlikView was used for Sales Analysis, tracking sales and service, and drilling down to customer, brand, branch, and branch member levels. It was also used for Service & Support Analysis, based on data generated by the call tracking system for the service department. Additionally, QlikView was used for Supply Chain Analysis, HR Analysis, and Financial Analysis. QlikView Server (64-bit) was leveraged to aggregate data from Navision ERP, Dimension, and Excel Sheets.
