The Solution

With QlikView, the organization analyzes applications for client administration, staff scheduling, patient records, and financials – all focused on improving operational efficiencies and performance. The booking system for sign language interpreters is used when hearing impaired patients make a doctor’s appointment. QlikView makes it easier for the staff to match the right interpreter with the right patient based on their interpreting style, location and schedules.
