The Challenge
Brian Kichler, VP of Customer Operations at RxSafe, had been searching for a seamless way to share contacts between Google Contacts and Capsule CRM bidirectionally. RxSafe attempted to create their own bidirectional sync using APIs and ad-hoc methods, but they found they were unable to detect and delete duplicates. Kichler was also looking for a way to cut down on data entry work into Capsule CRM.

The Solution
RxSafe’s overall strategy is to use both Capsule CRM and Zendesk through PieSync, and use Google Contacts to keep the staff on the same page with up-to-date information on customers and prospects. This integration ensures that teams in the field have immediate access to necessary contact information, eliminating the need for time-consuming phone calls. PieSync has also helped RxSafe manage their data more efficiently, eliminating the need for multiple import/export operations and repetitious data entry. By setting up the integration once in either Capsule CRM or Google Contacts, PieSync handles the synchronization, saving significant time and effort.

In order to address the challenges outlined above, the hospital sought a solution that would provide real-time inventory information with high levels of accuracy, reduce the level of manual effort required and enable data driven decision making to ensure that the right supplies were readily available to clinicians in the right location at the right time.
