Fountain offers enterprise-level applicant Tracking system (ATS) features like candidate screening, automatic reminders, executive dashboards, custom workflows and onboarding. It enables candidates to fill in personal information, submit background checks, access training videos and sign agreement documents. Users can also set the solution to automatically send reminders to a candidate pool via text messaging (SMS) and email.
