挑战
All-Lift, a rapidly growing business specializing in the service, repair, and sale of forklifts and forklift parts, was facing several challenges. The company was finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of its service vehicles, leading to inefficiencies such as dispatching vehicles to sites where a technician was already present. This resulted in a loss of time and fuel. Additionally, the company had to rely on handwritten sheets for payroll, leading to inaccuracies in compensating their technicians. All-Lift also lacked an official means of tracking company vehicles outside of working hours, leading to unauthorized use. This culminated in an unfortunate incident where an employee received an impaired driving infraction while driving a company truck.
关于客户
All-Lift, Ltd. is a family-owned business established in 1976. The company specializes in the service, repair, and sale of forklifts and forklift parts. Based in Canada, All-Lift has been growing rapidly over the years, expanding its fleet of service vehicles. The company has been an Azuga customer since August 2017. All-Lift's growth has led to challenges in tracking its vehicles and ensuring efficient dispatch of its service technicians. The company also faced issues with payroll accuracy and unauthorized use of company vehicles outside of working hours.
解决方案
All-Lift turned to Azuga Fleet for a solution to their challenges. Azuga's real-time vehicle tracking allowed efficient dispatch of technicians to call sites, eliminating previous inefficiencies. The system also provided Ignition ON/OFF details, enabling management to confirm technician presence on-site. This increased billing accuracy and ensured fair compensation for technicians. The real-time tracking also gave management full visibility of vehicle whereabouts, eliminating unauthorized use of company vehicles. Additionally, Azuga's 'Check Engine Light' code alerts helped All-Lift put together a fleet maintenance schedule to improve the condition of its vehicles.

Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Chillers
For global leaders in the industrial chiller manufacturing, reliability of the entire production process is of the utmost importance. Chillers are refrigeration systems that produce ice water to provide cooling for a process or industrial application. One of those leaders sought a way to respond to asset performance issues, even before they occur. The intelligence to guarantee maximum reliability of cooling devices is embedded (pre-alarming). A pre-alarming phase means that the cooling device still works, but symptoms may appear, telling manufacturers that a failure is likely to occur in the near future. Chillers who are not internet connected at that moment, provide little insight in this pre-alarming phase.
