Gong is a fully automated system that records all sales calls, eliminating the need for sales team members to manually record their calls. The system also allows product team members to understand what product features the sales reps have promised to clients and to hear client concerns in their own words. Gong's real-time listen-in feature allows managers to silently jump on and off a live call at will, without worrying about the conferencing system chiming and interrupting the call.
