智能传感器管理 (ISM®) 正是提供了这种能力。通过持续监控过程条件、传感器斜率和参考系统阻抗值,ISM pH 传感器可以预测其剩余寿命以及何时应执行校准和清洁。此外,ISM 的预测诊断工具(显示在连接的变送器上)是动态的,因此随着过程和传感器条件的变化,诊断会重新调整。
