The application was customized to display SIO types & operations/activities suiting prevalent nomenclature, initiate workflow & notification to respective department managers to review & assign responsibility for action, include an anonymous reporting option, and create system generated reports automatically emailed to key stakeholders on a weekly & monthly basis. The company also leveraged Benchmark’s Data Insights application for continuous pulsing of application use and trending & data analytics.
