中国商用飞机有限责任公司(COMAC)面临着设计中国第一架国产大型客机的挑战。随着科学技术的飞速发展,越来越多的机载无线电设备被安装在飞机上,导致天线数量越来越多,频率范围也非常广泛。但由于飞机本身长度有限,没有太多空间放置天线。机身引起的天线方向图畸变和天线间的电磁兼容性是人们重点关注的问题。飞机在起飞、降落或飞行过程中,可能会受到来自地面、空中或海上船舶的高功率无线电收发机的辐射,造成电磁环境问题。这些电磁波被称为高强度辐射场(HIRF),可以在机载设备周围感应电磁场或在互连电缆上感应高频电流,导致关键/关键设备功能紊乱或丢失,危及飞机安全飞行的能力和土地。另一个问题是电磁兼容性(EMC),这是随着电子设备和系统的日益复杂而逐渐建立起来的一门交叉学科。迫切需要一种全面的电磁仿真和分析工具,以消除电磁辐射场对人员和设备造成的危害,提高飞机在复杂电磁环境下的安全性和可靠性。

中国商飞公司成立于2008年,实施大飞机战略。原中国航空工业第一飞机设计研究院上海分院,同年改制并入中国商飞公司,更名为中国商飞公司上海飞机设计研究院。上海飞机设计公司的任务包括ARJ21飞机和C919客机的设计、试验、预研和关键技术研究,以及我国拥有完全自主知识产权的ARJ21飞机和C919大飞机的完全自主知识产权。中国商飞上海飞机设计研究院成功设计了我国第一架国产大型客机,涵盖整体气动、强度、结构、综合航电、电气、飞控、液压、环控、动力、燃油、标准等多个领域材料、适航和信息系统。

上海飞机设计研究院早在2004年就开始与FEKO®合作,利用丰富强大的FEKO电磁求解器,可以快速、准确地求解各类高频电磁场问题。在多个机型的开发过程中,FEKO 帮助解决了许多与天线放置、天线间隔离、高强度辐射场和电磁兼容性相关的问题。飞机上还配备了大量无线电设备,如机载导航、通信和机舱信息系统。这些系统在运行期间可能会受到其他机载电气和电子设备辐射的电磁场的影响。在商用飞机的设计过程中,机载接收机前门耦合干扰问题在适航审查中越来越受到关注。在工程应用中,干扰源设备分布在飞机内部各个舱室,包括驾驶舱、客舱、电气电子设备舱(E/E舱)和货舱。许多机载天线位于飞机的后部和机腹。在建模和仿真时还需要考虑舱门间隙和窗户结构。建模和网格划分工作都可以在 FEKO 预处理器模块内完成。
